Authentication and essential features
Supabase session cookies identify signed-in users and maintain account access. Their names may begin with sb-. Sessions refresh during use and are cleared on sign-out.
Analytics and marketing tools are disabled by default. When enabled by an administrator, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity require analytics consent, Meta Pixel requires marketing consent, and Google Tag Manager requires both. See enabled tools and change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Preferences are stored in your browser for up to 180 days; tool changes require a new choice.
Browser storage
horzen-consent-v1 stores optional-tool consent, expiry and tool version for up to 180 days. Change it through Cookie preferences. Google Analytics may set _ga cookies, Clarity _clck and _clsk, and Meta Pixel _fbp and _fbc. Retention depends on provider configuration. Withdrawal stops subsequent loading; it does not automatically delete data already transmitted.
horzen:search:* uses session storage to restore search filters and scroll position, usually lasting for the tab session.
horzen:recent stores up to 12 recent listings; horzen.demo.saved.v1 stores saved demonstration offers. These records are local to the browser, are not synchronized and can remain until you remove them.
The button below clears Horzen browsing and demo-save history. It does not remove real account favourites or sign you out.
External resources
Map tiles, listing images and video players may come from external services, which handle connection data under their own terms. YouTube or Vimeo players load after pressing play; thumbnails may load earlier.
You can also delete cookies and website data through your browser settings. Removing authentication cookies requires signing in again.
