Purpose of the platform
Horzen hosts horse, service, product and stable listings and supports contact between users. Publication alone does not form a purchase, lease or service contract. Participants agree prices, payments, delivery, inspections and other terms themselves.
These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. A business seller's obligations to consumers remain applicable regardless of where contact began.
Accounts and representation
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and do not use another person's account without permission. Act for a person or stable only with authority. Stable team access is managed through invitations and permissions.
Manage listings and transactions with the required legal capacity and authority; minors may need a legal representative.
Content and moderation
Post lawful, accurate content that you have the right to use. You permit Horzen to store and display it as needed for your listing and platform features; ownership stays with its rights holder.
Listings may be reviewed before publication. Unsuitable content may be rejected or restricted, with the decision explained in your account. Request a review using the reporting and complaints contact.
Misleading offers, fraud, spam, unlawful goods or services, unjustified disclosure of personal data and content violating animal welfare rules are prohibited.
Prices, statuses and responsibility
Any paid platform service must show its price, duration and terms before confirmation. Platform payment collection is not active in this version. Horzen does not hold or guarantee payments between buyers and sellers.
Reserved is the author's stated availability, not a guarantee of a transaction. Moderation is not veterinary inspection, proof of ownership or an endorsement of suitability.
Material changes to the service or terms will be communicated appropriately. Contact the operator about complaints; your right to approach a competent authority or court remains.
