Who handles your data
This notice covers Horzen accounts, listings, search and conversations. The controller and contact details appear in the operator panel on this page. Listing authors are separately responsible for information they receive and use for their own transactions.
Information and purposes
Email, profile details and authentication information support accounts and sign-in. Google sign-in supplies the identity information needed for authentication. The legal basis is performance of the account service contract.
Listings and inquiries use the text, photographs, contacts, locations, stable representation details and conversation content you provide to deliver the platform services you choose.
Access controls, rate limits and moderation history help prevent abuse and protect the service under legitimate interests. Legal obligations may also require processing. Optional saved-search alerts are enabled by your choice and can be disabled in your account.
Public and private information
Published listings and seller contacts deliberately entered in them are public. Your login email does not automatically become a public listing contact. Private exact horse addresses and coordinates are excluded from public search when approximate location is selected.
Saved real listings and searches belong to your account. Inquiry conversations are available to their participants, not on public seller or stable pages.
Providers and transfers
Supabase provides authentication, database and file services. Loading OpenStreetMap resources sends connection data such as an IP address to the provider. Playing a video may load YouTube or Vimeo and their own processing.
When configured, Resend may deliver notifications, DeepL may translate text and OpenAI may provide author-requested writing assistance. These features depend on active configuration. The operator must confirm the final active providers, locations and safeguards for transfers outside the EEA before public launch.
Retention and your rights
Retention depends on account and listing use, open conversations, security, legal obligations and disputes. Hiding or archiving a listing does not erase all its data. Specific retention and backup periods remain subject to operator confirmation.
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. Use the stated contact; identity checks will be limited to what is necessary.
Requests are generally answered within one month; lawful extensions will be explained. You may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate at vdai.lrv.lt.
